Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinic supervisor
BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES OF VIRGINIA is seeking a BCBA to join a growing team! This is a full-time, salaried position, with benefits offered.

Focusing on learning and growth opportunities, we offer a supportive environment and a team of motivated professionals. We specialize in treating children in a community-based, 1:1 setting. Come join a company dedicated to delivering high-quality services to its clients!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school, and community-based environments. Conduct functional behavior assessments.
  • Provide training and supervision to our team of BCABAs, RBTs, and additional behavioral staff
  • Develop treatment plans based on the principles of ABA
  • Design data collection systems to track and evaluate client progress on treatment plan objectives.
  • Train family members on implementing the treatment plan.
  • Coordinate schedules with the family.
  • Other relevant job duties and responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or eligible to sit for the Certification Exam (We are also considering BCABAs and LBAs)
  • Experience working in and developing a home, school, and community-based ABA programs.
  • Experience supervising paraprofessionals implementing ABA-based treatment programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $66,848.00 - $84,245.00 per year
